Join Diana for a transformative 2,5 hour Jivamukti/Vinyasa Yoga Workshop, designed to deepen your practice and elevate your spirit. 

This session offers an extended and immersive experience of the brisk, guided Vinyasa sequence known for its dynamic pace and minimal instructional interruptions. Perfect for both experienced and newcomers to the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class, and also for those looking to challenge themselves, this session provides a comprehensive and invigorating practice.

In this workshop, you will experience the full spectrum of a well-rounded yoga practice. We begin with a warm-up and the setting of an elevated intention, followed by chanting to open the heart and mind. The practice flows through surya namaskar (sun salutations), standing asanas, twists, balances, backbends, forward bends, and inversions, all accompanied by precise breath counts,  finalizing with a meditation moment and a relaxing "savasana".
