For the second time, therapist Karin Nikbakht allows a camera team to accompany her in her profound transformational work. 22 people embark on what is likely the most intense journey of their lives, driven by a deep longing for more. They face their deepest fears in order to realize their dreams.
Breathrough has the potential to touch you deeply. It’s not about understanding what happens. Let yourself have the experience and notice what it opens within you.

This film was created during a Pure Embodiment®️ Practitioner Training led by Karin Nikbakht on the island of Corfu. It was filmed by Nick Szymczak spontaneously, without a script.

About the Filmmaker
What makes Breathrough even more powerful is the presence behind the camera—Nick Szymczak, a trained cinematographer who, after years in the world of commercials, marketing, and scripted narratives, embarked on his own profound spiritual journey. Seeking deeper meaning and authenticity, he shifted his focus from mainstream media to capturing real, raw human transformation. With his unique ability to blend cinematic storytelling with immersive, soul-touching presence, Nick creates films that speak not just to the mind, but to the heart and soul. He helps now Teacher, Mentors, therapist and coaches to bring their unique to the visible world, as most transformations cant be seen.
Breathrough is his the third feature film. His work can be found on platforms like Gaia, Cosmic Cine, and Amazon. Nick is currently based in Portugal and will be present at the screening—open to share about his personal journey, answer questions, and offer insight into the Pure Embodiment method, which he now also practices himself.
