Conscious Connected Breathwork & Energy Healing Group; with Heidi Miller

Heidi will be guiding you in an intimate group to help you to bring your  body's own healing potential to the surface. She will be using a  combination of Concious Connected Breathwork, Reiki and meditation.

Breathwork  infused with Reiki is a profoundly healing, elevating and  transformative experience. Each session allows you to fully feel and  release your emotions, face your fears and connect with your body,  energy and breath. Your breath is your superpower healing tool and  combined with Reiki will assist you in balancing disharmony,  regenerating your system and allowing you to release the causal  emotions.

Every time we  experience traumas, they imprint on our body and our nervous system. Our  life experiences, energetic resonance imprinting and beliefs can limit  the flow of energy in our body. We try and forget about our life  experiences and emotions by pushing them down, suppressing them and  disassociating from them. This might work for a years, but eventually  our bodies will show illness, discomfort and disease. If we continue to  ignore these nodes of trauma, they are there, harming our well-being and  every aspect of our lives.

Breathwork  motivates this trapped energy to move out of you. Together, Heidi will  guide you in using your breath to release stuck emotions and move the  energy that is stopping you from reaching your fullest expression of  self. Releasing the emotions with the breath can be hard work and  challenging, and that is why it is important engage in this work in a  safe space with an experienced guide. The use of Reiki during these  sessions will help you to free up space, making you feel lighter,  balanced and emotionally regulated and allowing you to fully integrate  the experience into your life.

Heidi has created the  Reiki infused Breathwork experience which is a unique healing modality,  using a combination of Reiki, Shamanic Breathwork and visualisation to  stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system to create tranquility,  peace and a great sense of self love and acceptance. This helps reach  different aspects of yourself and bring awareness into your existence.  

The sessions are the ultimate support for refocusing and resetting your  whole system. It is an ideal offering for anyone wanting to go deep and  have a total mind and heart reset in a safe, intimate setting.
