Classical Chinese Medicine recognizes five  seasons. Each season is related to a specific element, specific bodily  organs as well as specific emotions. Each season also presents  characteristic challenges to our health and psychospiritual wellness. An  understanding of seasonal challenges can help us maintain wellness  throughout the year with the support of Essential Oils and aromatherapy.

You will learn:

• Principle of Chinese Medicine (energy, seasons, elements and related organs to be supported)

• Essential Oils ( Families, different types of use, personal blends …)

About Francesca:

Francesca, born in Italy, living in Portugal with my 3 kids and family.

I  feel like a spiritual seeker. Actually it is much simpler than it  seems, I love to seek the sacred in everyday life. I see beauty inside  and out of us and I bless it with rituals,  incense and prayers. I have  been practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga for many years now, almost  15, and still loving it as a movement for body and soul to be fully and  consciously present: “a full moving deep meditation”.

I  am studying Holistic Naturopathy to transmit my knowledge and wisdom to  people, through Chinese Medicine, Bach Flowers, Essential Oils and much  more.

For 7 years now, I have been working with feminine energy, holding circles and supporting women to awaken their ancient power.
