Here and Now - Cacao & Sound Healing; with Patrycja

We will gather to create a safe sanctuary for individual  intentions. A personal conversation with plant medicine of ceremonial  cacao, followed by deeply relaxing sounds and healing vibrations of  himalayan singing bowls.

You'll find a safe and nurturing  environment to explore and connect with your inner self, let go of what  no longer serves you, and experience the blissfullness of the here and  now.

Ceremonial Cacao: 

A wonderful, sacred  plant medicine with many health and spiritual benefits, used to support  spiritual and emotional wellbeing. This high grade of cacao is  specifically grown, harvested, and prepared for use in sacred ceremonies  and rituals.

Sound Healing: 

A therapeutic practice that uses  sound and vibrational frequencies to influence the body's energy  fields, stimulate healing processes, and bring a state of balance and  harmony.

How to prepare:

Please don't drink coffee/alcohol on that day and don't have heavy meals 2h before the event
