Imagine a connection so deep with your body that you no longer needed external guidance or validation for the choices that you make.

Imagine that every choice you made was a result of a deep trust in yourself, in your ability to make decisions in alignment with your true values & aspirations.

Intimacy is an inside job & begins with one’s self… wouldn’t you agree?

In this 2-hour Materclass, Arantxa will explain in depth her understanding of what embodiment & somatics signifies, beyond the watered down - main stream definitions such as “of the body”. She’ll offer an expanded understanding of somatics, as a wholistic practice that has the potential of bringing about sustainable change & transformation in your life - through your body.

• Cultivate a depth of connection within yourself – an infallible inner knowing

• Open up to the information streaming from your body landscapes & learn to decipher what they are communicating to you.

• Structure of this session:

• Introduction/Engagement piece with somatic practices (movement, breath & sound)

• Theory piece on somatics as a sustainable pathway for change, & the individual process of developing embodied presence, connecting & revealing the deeper meaning arising from our body intelligence, in radical acceptance.

• Activate Embodiment practices & games to explore these teachings & apply them within the group.

About Arantxa:

Introducing Arantxa, a mesmerizing fusion of artistic prowess, maternal warmth, and linguistic finesse. Fluent  in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she paints her world with a  vibrant tapestry of cultural richness and diversity. Yet, her canvas  extends beyond the arts and into the realm of holistic healing.

Arantxa is currently part of the Core Organisational Team & Faculty of the IRHS as  4th year Somatic Sex Educator in training. Her journey is a testament  to her relentless pursuit of mastery in the art of body-centred personal  growth.

Through  the prism of Movement, Breath, Sound, Touch & Focus of Awareness  she invites others to delve into the depths of their bodies, to unearth  the dormant wellsprings of joy and expression, facilitating sustainable transformative journeys. Her  teachings transcend conventional teaching styles, serving as gateways  to The Sacred Self Organising Intelligence of Life itself.
