SESSION III • Empowered Choice, Empowered Voice

Imagine knowing what you want and being able to voice it as you choose, unapologetically.

Imagine every choice that you make is in perfect alignment with what you actually really want, with the guidance arising from your body intelligence.

In intimate relationships, the biggest blocks I observe are:

1) First, knowing what you want, need and desire

2) Second, being able to communicate what you want, need and desire, with your voice, in a way that is honoring to yourself, the other, as well as practicing the ability to let go of expectations of outcome.

3) Third, is being able to set boundaries and clearly communicate what you don’t want respectfully, working through fears of rejection.

In this 2h30min workshop, I will teach you a process of translating the impulses streaming from your body wisdom, into actual wants, needs and desires and how to articulate them in a way that is self houring, responsible & empowering.

About Arantxa:

Introducing Arantxa, a mesmerizing fusion of artistic prowess, maternal warmth, and linguistic finesse. Fluent  in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, she paints her world with a  vibrant tapestry of cultural richness and diversity. Yet, her canvas  extends beyond the arts and into the realm of holistic healing.

Arantxa is currently part of the Core Organisational Team & Faculty of the IRHS as  4th year Somatic Sex Educator in training. Her journey is a testament  to her relentless pursuit of mastery in the art of body-centred personal  growth.

Through  the prism of Movement, Breath, Sound, Touch & Focus of Awareness  she invites others to delve into the depths of their bodies, to unearth  the dormant wellsprings of joy and expression, facilitating sustainable transformative journeys. Her  teachings transcend conventional teaching styles, serving as gateways  to The Sacred Self Organising Intelligence of Life itself.
