KAP • Kundalini Activation Process ; with Magdalena Limarosi

KAP (Kundalini Activation Process) is a direct energy transmission that  activates life force energy and non-dual states of consciousness to  bring more balance, joy and fulfilment into our lives. Led by  experienced KAP Level 2 facilitator Magdalena Limarosi, this profound  experience includes an introduction to KAP, a 60 min transmission and an  integration circle with tea and light snacks.

In a KAP session, you lay on a yoga mat, close your eyes, and listen to some music while the facilitator transmits the life force energy through intuitive movements, gestures and sometimes touch. As the energy moves through your system, it expands your consciousness. It helps you release tensions, blockages and stuck emotions hindering your full, natural expression. The release can occur through e.g. spontaneous movements and tremors, emotional catharsis such as crying, laughing or screaming, or without any external signs.
