Mov-Being: from Shame to Bravery; with Igna & Toni

A transformative bonding experience. 

By allowing ourselves (shame, insecurity, fear, joy, courage, openness...) that will arise throughout the workshop, we can accept what happens internally without rejecting it.  to inhabit, feel, and experience the different feelings and emotions

From there, we can observe ourselves and realize that what we experience is not something to be afraid of; it is something natural, and we are in control of it. 

We can, in the face of shame, recognize it, feel it, observe it, embrace it, and then empower ourselves to consciously choose to be brave and move forward.
