About the event
Nāda Journeys invites you to a meditative concert in a restorative yoga setting.
In an immersive soundscape, it combines gentle yoga postures, meditation and yoga nidra, poetry and contemplative hearing.
This practice will provide a space of rest and regeneration and is inclusive of all bodies and all experience levels.
An auditory experience awakening our sense of beauty trough music - the sitar, electric guitar, ngoni, indian harmoniun and voice will be vibrating and creating sensory expansion.

About Cata :
Catarina Marques Silva is a Yoga teacher based in Aljezur. Her Yoga practice began almost two decades ago and her passion for this practice led to a natural and constant deepening. Cata studied with several teachers, and came into contact with different approaches and views of Yoga practice, completing several certifications as a teacher.
Over the last 7 years, she has led group classes and Yoga retreats in Portugal, Holland, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Mexico.
Her classes invite an energetic balance based on the principle of Yin and Yang / conscious movement as well as meditative permanence. Music, mantra and devotional practices of Bhakti have become more present in her practice and sharings. Cata uses voice, words and instruments to enhance Bhakti yoga and deepen the sensory experience of the practionitoner.
About Gui :
Guilherme Granato is a Brazilian musician and researcher, born in the city of Santos. Living in Portugal for about five years, Guilherme is currently developing his doctoral research in musicology at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. In 2022 he released his second single entitled “Quarentenar” and in 2018, he published the book “Das Vanguardas à Tropicália: Modernidade Artística e Música Popular”.
His work as a musician and composer moves through different styles: from Brazilian music to jazz, including West African music, Indian classical music and experiments with loops and electronic music.
