Past Life Regression • Group experience; with Antonia Dienst

This journey opens you up into an easy and connecting behaviour in groups and human interactions.

It is for anyone who wants to feel more connected to your true self and with others.

In  the group you start the journey with a sequence of breathwork.  Afterwards, still lying and eyes closed, you access and create a past  life experience together and with that discover your own place and  potential in the group.

> No experience is needed.

> Breathwork  contraindications: Please inform me if you are pregnant, recently  operated, have open wounds, cardiovascular system disease, taking  psychotropic drugs. Then you’ll use a different breathing technique.

> Note:  Come on a more or less empty stomach ( Recommendation: Last meal 2h  before the start of the workshop). The use of alcohol or other drugs is  not permitted before the workshop (recommendation: no alcohol the night  before).
