In this immersive session, we’ll begin with guided breathwork, inviting you to ground yourself and tap into the natural flow of life force energy. Through somatic inquiry, you'll explore the sensations and emotions held within your body, creating space for awareness and healing. As the session deepens, the gentle rhythm of Reiki drumming will guide you into a meditative state, helping to clear energetic blockages and restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit. The Reiki Drum journey can be taken to enhance intuition and gain clarity and insights.

Combining the healing vibrations of the drum with the ancient practice of Reiki, this journey supports emotional release, relaxation, and energetic alignment. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and deeply connected to your inner self.
