Rest in your Heart • Yoga-Art Workshop; with Bhakti & Judit

In this unique 2.5-hour-long Yoga-Art Coaching program, we will focus on the heart chakra, relating to its physical and mental aspects.

Through breathing, movement and contemplative work we balance the heart centre, deepen our connection to it as well as understand its effect on our daily life.

In the second part of the workshop, we will use creative techniques like (symbols, cards and body movements) to visually explore personal emotions. Through guided exercises and reflective discussions, we will capture your insights, which helps to process the experience, clarify intentions, and leave the workshop with an embodied visual reminder of the journey.

Through creativity you'll be guided to further integrate your experience. Heart chakra is connected with the topics of emotions, the ability to hear the inner voice, receiving and accepting life and any experience lovingly.
