The Yoga Wheel prop is famous for its unmatched ability to open the chest and shoulders and extend the spine. But in this workshop, you will discover that you can use this wonder prop not only for adding extra depth to your backbends but also for enhancing forward bends, hip-openers, shoulder-openers, twists, core-strengtheners, inversions and even arm balances(!).
This workshop offers you a thoughtfully crafted creative sequence presented at a mindfully flowing pace. You will develop an experiential understanding of what needs to be opened and what needs to be strengthened within your range of motion when progressively approaching more and more complex postures and transitions. You will have plenty of time pockets for guided self-paced exploration and personal assistance, learning creative ways to unravel your potential, and gradually finding your path towards higher peaks to enjoy broader horizons.
Practising with the Yoga Wheel is a very effective and fun way to improve posture, balance, stamina, and muscle tone. It significantly contributes to healthy and supple joints and spine, increased range of motion and flexibility. It also helps boost the immune system, relieves chronic pain, and improves mood.
A sense of achievement sparks renewed interest and curiosity, motivating you to keep evolving.

About Paulius:
Paulo is an easy-going, positive, compassionate Yogi and therapist. His expertise is rooted in over 800Hr of training in Yoga, Thai Yoga Massage and Pranic Healing, living and exploring one year in India, and a genuine lifetime (or more) interest in spirituality. He has eigth years of teaching experience in traditional and creative styles of Yoga in the U.K. and Portugal. Being a creative soul, he searches for deeper contrasts and subtle shades in between in his practice and teaching, ranging from the intensity of purification of dynamic styles of Yoga (Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Rocket) to deep self-reflection and introspection
(Hatha, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation). Paulo has been vegan for 15 (plus counting) years, and Ahimsa and individual freedom are the fundamental pillars of his ethos.
