Life has more than once forced me to navigate my own challenging dark feminine and masculine energies, and slowly learning to embrace and channel that raw wild power into something beautiful and transformative, like for example, this workshop. 

Transitioning through different archetypes (parts of self or life stages)—like for example, moving from princess to queen—can be chaotic and messy. 

And that’s exactly where I come in: to help you navigate through this chaos and transform unexpected damaging behaviours into loving acts of kindness as well as generous and healing behaviours towards yourself and others. How do you hold space for yourself when your actions hurt others? I’ve experienced those moments too—feeling the urge to dismantle everything and everyone I care about when my wounds get touched. 

I’m so excited to invite you to join me in a profound workshop where we’ll explore both the light and dark aspects of these energies so that we can understand and integrate them at ease before it’s too late. As well as repairing the damage we may have caused using them unconsciously before.

Together, we’ll learn to integrate these parts of ourselves into our daily lives, minimising harm while reclaiming our true power. We’ll delve into energies like anger, sensuality, shame, guilt, jealousy, fear, and vulnerability, all within the framework of consent. Nerea Carryon is a revered facilitator with over a decade of experience conducting workshops, retreats, and talks worldwide, focusing on bolstering individuals' self-esteem, freedom, and communication skills. Four years ago, she underwent a transformative journey as a Tantra Priestess Facilitator in Thailand. Since then, she has organised and led Tantric Massage Retreats in various countries, including Thailand, Portugal, and Ireland, enlightening individuals on the art of pleasure and a more accepting and free life.

She also holds private 1:1 and 1:2 tantric sessions to help individuals and couples to deepen their intimacy. As well as Life alignment Coaching and Mentoring Programs to help people to live aligned with their soul path, closer to truth.
