About Mindi & Nadine:

Mindi and Nadine are experienced somatic yoga teachers, cacao ceremonialists, and facilitators of heart-centered, transformational experiences. With a shared passion for creating spaces where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, voices, and inner wisdom, they have been guiding others through yoga, song, and sacred rituals for many years. Together,

they offer a unique blend of yoga, cacao, and voice work in their workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings. Their offerings are designed to foster healing, personal growth, and spiritual connection, allowing participants to explore their bodies, hearts, and voices in a safe and supportive environment.
