VITALITY: A Solstice Breathwork, Kundalini + Sound Healing Experience; with Izabella Soko

Join Izabella for transformative Summer Solstice Breathwork to harness the vitality of the sun and ignite your inner fire. Through a potent blend of Kundalini Yoga, RESET Breathwork, Sound Healing, and self-inquiry, this experience is designed to elevate your mind, body, and spirit — and anchor you into your most alive, aligned self.

You will be supported in: 

• Releasing old patterns, attachments, and outdated versions of yourself

RESET Breathwork is a 3-part conscious connected breath practiced laying on your back, coached by Izabella. It’s designed to intentionally stretch the sympathetic nervous system in a safe space in order to support the body in finding homeostasis, deeper into a parasympathetic state (AKA relaxation), and create greater levels of healing. This practice goes beyond Wim Hof, pranayama, and meditation.

It combines:

• Conscious connected breathing: Activate your nervous system, unlock deep healing, and tap into deeper states of consciousness. 

• Visualizations and affirmations: Reprogram your subconscious mind and embed empowering beliefs.

• Somatic release: Let go of stored emotions, physical tension, and whatever is "weighing you down". 

• Music: carefully curated playlist to bring you into a peak emotional state. 

Izabella uses Tibetan Singing bowls to   stimulate your body's healing processes on all levels, physical,   energetic, emotional, and mental. They have a deep vibration that   stimulates the vagus nerve which soothes your nervous system, helping   you deeply relax. Each bowl is tuned to the unique frequency of the 7  chakras.

• Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your navel.

• Bottle of drinking water.

• Eye covering (sleep masks are great!)

• Journal + Pen

• Don’t eat or drink at least an hour before this session, but make sure you hydrate leading up to it.

About Izabella:

Izabella is an Alignment Coach & Breathwork Facilitator who spent 7 years building a successful career in Toronto’s top tech companies. While passionate about her work, it wasn’t in alignment with her deeper truth, which resulted in her burning out. This burnout was the catalyst of her hero’s journey, as she followed her love of surfing and Vedic studies around the world.  Her work focuses on releasing stuck energy/ trauma from the body to support her clients in meeting the truth of who they are as integrated, liberated, and empowered humans.
