About the event
Feeling tense? Or just need space to relax before the week ahead?
This Somatic Movement class will teach slow, gentle movements that release muscle tension and relax both body and mind. The movements work with the nervous system to relax muscles and align the spine for better posture.
You'll learn a routine that you can do at home each day to counteract negative postural habits.
Somatic Movements will leave you feeling refreshed and reset. This unique class is definitely something to be experienced.

About Heather:
For 10 years Heather experienced chronic tension, pain and headaches. When no amount of hands-on treatments or doctor visits worked, Heather discovered the Somatic Movement system. Within just a few months, she no longer had daily pain and was amazed she could heal herself with these slow, simple movements.
Heather now teaches others the magic of this unique movement system so they can move more freely and feel at ease in their bodies. She has been practicing Somatic Movement for over five years and was certified to teach others in 2022. She is currently working on her Level 2 certification to expand her expertise.
