About the event
This session is a portal into embodying the parts of you that you thought you lost along the way, into remembering what you came here for. It allows you to feel who you REALLY are and bring that version from your potential into your body - LIVING it. Creating an experience where you ARE that person and making peace with everything you meet along the way.
You will be breathing deeply into your body for a prolonged period of time. The breath will connect you deeply to your own energetic system and emotions.
Florian will hold space for you and perform an energetic activation with the aspects he has embodied himself.
This is an intense experience suited for anyone interested in real transformational work.
The breathing is accompanied by music, words and physical touch.

Please do not eat 2 hours prior to the session and bring your journal if you like.
Intense breathing for a prolonged period of time might not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions. Please let Florian know beforehand so he can adjust the practice for you.
