About the event
Welcome to a space where you can simply arrive and let your breath guide you within.
This session is a gentle journey inward, blending the grounded clarity of functional breathwork with the deep, intuitive flow of conscious connected breathing.
Breathing is something we do every moment without thinking, yet it holds the key to so much magic. It is literally a bridge between the conscious towards the unconscious. It touches every part of us; calms the heart, clears the mind, supports our inner systems, and helps us feel again.
In this two-hour session we will explore the physiological power of breathing combined with movement and visualisation. Deep breathwork creates union and safety and lets us experience an unconditional love towards every being including ourselves.
The session starts with a small introduction/ explanation, intention setting simple functional breathing practices, builds up to activating breathwork and finishes with a conscious connected breathwork journey. In this part, the breath flows in a circular, unbroken rhythm — often described as holotropic or trance-like.
The music carries you, and your breath becomes the bridge between what you think you are and who you truly are. A deeper awareness shows us new possibilities, perspectives, and clarity on life. Most breathers report peaceful feelings, deep connection to themselves and awakened.
Each breath peels back another layer, bringing you closer to stillness, clarity, release — whatever it is your soul is ready to experience.

Contraindications
While this breathwork practice is generally safe and supportive for most people, there are some conditions where caution is advised. Please consult your doctor before joining if you have or have had:
• Pregnancy
• Cardiovascular disease
• Heart attack or high blood pressure
• Glaucoma
• Recent surgery
• History of panic attacks, psychosis, or seizures
• Ongoing or acute mental health conditions

To make the most of this session, here are a few gentle reminders:
• Avoid eating heavy meals at least 3 hours before
• Wear light, comfortable clothing
• Please skip heavy perfume or scents
• Arrive on time so we can begin together

About Jasper:
Jasper is a Yoga therapist with over 500hr training, breathwork instructor and vipassana meditator. Diagnosed with cancer, he understood that he had to make a change in his life. While searching for a holistic healing he got interested in the power of breathing. Breathing has a tremendous effect not only on the physical body, but also influences our mental thoughts and emotions. After healing himself from cancer he deepened his knowledge in pranayama, holotropic breathwork and active meditation and have been dedicating his life to spreading the wisdom of breathing by teaching breathwork and yoga.
