Women Circle; with Anna

Come together in a circle with other women to experience deeper connection and acceptance in a safe space with other like minded women.

As women it is more important than ever to encourage and inspire each other to live our most authentic selves. We will connect from heart to heart, giving each other space to feel heard and seen. Leave the circle with a filled cup and empowered to fully embody who you are. 

You can expect a combination of healing modalities such as meditation, mantra singing, sound, journaling, yoga, dancing.

About Anna:

Anna is a yoga teacher focusing on the world of mantras and sound. Her mission is to help you express yourself fully and authentically through the transformative power of your own voice. Yoga opened a new path of living to her, inviting her to live from her heart. She has been guiding cacao ceremonies, sharing circles, full moon circles and mother blessings.
