We invite you to transform the Shame you have been holding. By giving  it your voice, allowing it to move through your body and surrendering  to the power of the circle.

Together  we will enter a ceremonial space where we will travel through different  steps, giving time & space for that shame to be fully felt,  expressed & transformed.

Speaking  up is an ongoing practice, moving through the fear of rejection and  judgement. This fear being a reflection of our own rejection and self  judgement.

Sharing  our deepest shame is radical self acceptance, it is an important step  towards self love and healthy relationship with ourselves and our loved  ones.
