About the event
This 90-minute session is a unique fusion of Pilates and Yoga inspired by the elements and designed to awaken your body and allow you to reconnect with your mind and body.
To begin the workshop we will start with a short meditation and intention setting.
For the first 45 minutes, Alex will guide you through a dynamic Pilates flow designed to burn, sculpt and empower. Shaped by the transformative energy of the fire element, this class will focus on deep core activation, strength-building holds, and slow, intentional pulses that ignite those deeper muscles. Each movement is paired with breath to help you move with purpose, fuel each rep, and stay grounded through the intensity. Expect some fiery flows that challenge your strength and control.
Jane will lead you the next 45 minutes trough a yin yoga practice connected to the season Spring as we are in at the moment. It's the season of renewal, growth, and vision, connected to the Wood element and the Liver and Gallbladder. In this Yin Yoga practice, we target the Liver and Gallbladder meridians with deep stretches for the hips, sides, and inner thighs, supporting detoxification, flexibility, and emotional balance. Each posture will be held between 3 - 5 minutes supported by props.
This session helps clear stagnation, release tension, and awaken clarity, patience, and a fresh sense of purpose — aligning body, mind, and spirit with the energy of spring.
All levels are welcome . Come as you are and move with the elements.

Alex Algazy
I am a certified mat Pilates instructor. My goal is to help you build long, lean muscle, boost your confidence, and create a strong, sustainable body that supports you in your day to day. My approach blends both classical and contemporary Pilates principles with a modern understanding of anatomy and alignment, creating challenging sessions that are accessible and empowering for all levels. I focus on breath-led movement that not only sculpts and strengthens but also encourages you to feel more connected and in control of your body. My pelvic-informed Pilates classes are designed to challenge without overwhelming and prioritise form. My mission is to guide you toward a body that is capable, energised, and resilient for the long haul.

Jane Addens
I am a certified Vinyasa and 5 Element Yin Yoga instructor. My passion lies in a dynamic Vinyasa flow , where breath and movement merge into a seamless rhythm. This class combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
The quite opposite is therefore the yin yoga where we discover the stillness of each posture. A meditative practice that targets the body's deeper tissues through long-held, passive poses. This type of yoga invites you to slow down, release tension, and cultivate inner awareness.
