Cancellation Policy

Policy for 'Contrast journey': At the Seed, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable 'contrast journey' experience for our valued guests. To maintain the quality of our services and accommodate the needs of all members, we have established the following policy: ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled 'contrast journey' to allow time for check-in and preparation. DRESS CODE: For the sauna session, comfortable swimwear or workout attire is recommended. The best experience is 'naked'. Please bring a towel or we can provide one at an additional cost. In the ice bath, we recommend wearing swimwear. HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS: Prior to your session, please inform our staff of any health conditions, medications, or concerns that may impact your ability to participate in the 'contrast journey'. DURATION OF SESSION: The 'contrast journey' experience lasts 50 minutes, including both the infrared sauna and ice bath sessions. Please plan your schedule accordingly. CANCELLATION POLICY 1. WINDOW: Guests are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of their 'contrast journey'. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full amount. 2. NO-SHOW: Guests who do not show up for their scheduled 'contrast journey' experience without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the service. 3. RESCHEDULING: Guests may reschedule their appointment within the cancellation window without incurring any fees. However, rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to availability. 4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you have an emergency or unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
