Hatha-Vinyasa
Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga with Roberta
Description
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga brings together the ancient wisdom of Hatha Yoga and the smooth, flowing movements of Vinyasa. By combining postures (āsanas) and breathwork (prāṇāyāma), the practice becomes a true meditation in motion. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, the sequences are free and creative, designed to energize the body in all directions with balance, kindness, and without needing extreme flexibility. Breath leads the way, helping each student find their own rhythm and level, making the practice ACCESSIBLE AND ENERGISING FOR EVERYONE. * Hatha Vinyasa Yoga is perfect for anyone who loves a good challenge, wants to boost their energy, and seeks to feel even better — inside and out — while honouring their own pace and deepening their spiritual connection. *** IMPORTANT: Please do not eat at least 2 hours prior to the class and hydrate before, as we aim not to drink water during the class. Classes may include hands-on assists, the use of natural essential oils, balms or creams (applied optionally by the teacher), live or recorded music, instruments (such as harmonium, shruti box, bells), incense, and candles. If you have any allergies, sensitivities, personal boundaries, or are pregnant (or planning to be), please inform the teacher before class. Some practices may not be suitable during pregnancy. Your comfort, safety, and consent are always honoured.
